Mary Czarnecki

Mary has spent the last 20+ years working with Fortune 500 companies and Market-Leading Brands like WebMD and Johnson & Johnson to optimize their marketing & sales strategy, accelerate revenue & increase audience engagement.

Mary has created and delivered hundreds of live programs - both virtual and in-person - including training global marketing teams and coaching marketing executives to thrive & lead with confidence while working remotely.

She’s been working remotely since 2007, so the "work-from-home world" is familiar territory.

Mary is a top-rated Faculty Member with the Association of National Advertisers, an award-winning Business Coach, Certified Life Coach, and creator & host of the “Sticky Note Marketing” Podcast.

Mary earned both her MBA and MEM from Yale University and BA from Princeton University in Ecology & Evolutionary Biology.

 

Roderick McNealy

Rod has conducted training and developed marketing strategies for companies around the globe and across sectors - including Consumer, B2B, Non-Profit/Not-for-Profit, and Public Sector, including the United States Naval Air Force Atlantic Fleet, U.S. Treasury Department, and the United States Post Office.

Rod has taught marketing at Princeton University, the Yale School of Management, Mount Holyoke College, and served as a Visiting Lecturer at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He’s consistently rated as a top Marketing faculty by his students.

Rod is also the author of two books - Making Quality Happen, and Making Customer Satisfaction Happen.

During his corporate career, Rod McNealy was a Marketing Leader at Johnson & Johnson and Procter & Gamble. As Director of the J&J Marketing & Advertising College, Rod was responsible for global Marketing training across all sectors – pharmaceutical, medical devices and diagnostics, and consumer. He was a founding member of the J&J Quality Institute and Director of Customer-Driven Quality at J&J Health Care Systems Inc., where he led the Signature of Quality Process Excellence and Customer Satisfaction programs.

Rod earned his MBA from the Harvard Business School and BA from Princeton University in American History.
